Their services include free telephone counseling for psychosocial or legal questions and, since mid-2015, psychosocial e-counseling provided by peers and professionals.
Pro Mente Sana publishes guides and informational brochures on mental illnesses and is the publisher of the magazine “Pro Mente Sana aktuell,” which reports on developments in psychiatry as well as on mental health conditions and their treatments.
In addition to its headquarters in Zurich, the foundation operates a branch in Geneva and an office in Mendrisio. It is funded through public contributions from the federal government, cantons, and municipalities, as well as through donations and the proceeds from foundation capital and services.
